The Founder

SourcedAI is led by Andrew McCourt, whose background spans high-growth tech and Big Four consulting.

• Formerly a Management Consultant at PwC, Andrew helped drive firmwide GenAI adoption, learning exactly what it takes to drive change in complex environments.

• At Illuminate AI he built an automated GTM data system from the ground up that led to meetings with C-Suite level execs at £100m+ businesses. This outreach was praised for how well thought out and researched it was. This is true; however it was his AI systems that did the research, not him personally. He brings a unique blend of technical craft and commercial strategy to every engagement.
